Once you have reviewed the instructions to proceed to online forms

WESLACO ISD ATHLETIC REGISTRATION – PARENT PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS

You will need your son/ daughter’s full name and their school ID number to complete registration. You will also need a current email address. Both the parent and student will need to sign forms.

1. Read these instructions and Click on Proceed to Online Forms.

2. You may sign in if you already have a Rank One account. You may create an account (optional) or you may click on Continue as a Guest.

3. Click on the WISD Drug Testing Consent Form. Review it, sign it and click Submit.
(All athletes must consent to drug testing)

4. Secondly, complete the UIL/ General Information Form. You will have to read the 5 documents listed and then check the box acknowledging that you have read them. No need to print any forms here, just complete the page, sign it, and click Submit.
